In any case, if any parts of the accessory is misplaced or the stud is broken, I apologize but I cannot fix it. I would need the spare part in order to be able to fix it. If you have it, I will be able to fix it as long as it is not a broken earring post.

What is covered in this fixing:

detached crystals/pearls
Broken necklace/bracelet hook clasp

What is not covered in this fixing:

broken earring studs
detached and lost crystal/pearls/parts
wonky studs (if it is a hoop and you feel like it is not secure, simply push the stud up and adjust)
hair accessories
tarnished plating (kindly purchase town talk polish to wipe them down so they look brand new again)
peeled off plating
Items that have been bought ages ago with no order number.
New items that have been received for more than 2 weeks and have not been brought to attention.

Accessories that were bought beyond the timeframe will have a surcharge :

within 3 months - additional 100k before time taken and supplies used.

over 3 months - additional 150k before time taken and supplies used.

over a year - NO REPAIRS PLEASE.
