These are our ever so trusty Town Talk Polish.
We sell three types : Extra Shine wipes, microfibre polishing cloth and silver polishing cloth.
** This is certified authentic and is hand-carried from Singapore which is registered under Town Talk Polish in the UK. Please be aware of fakes. **
Here are the differences —
- Extra Shine Wipes — perfect for deep cleansing your fashion jewelry. It is only for one time use but it is enough for your whole collection. Recommended every month or every 3 months.
- Microfibre Polishing cloth (6.5cm x 6.5cm) — can be used multiple times. Perfect for wiping off excess oil/dirt from everyday/daily use. This is highly recommended for fashion jewelry such as BYDJO and is different from those used for sunglasses, electronics. This is made for jewelry. Recommended for daily use.
- Silver Polishing Cloth (12,5cm x 17,5cm) -- can be used multiple times. Made for silver and 925 silver pieces. Recommended for silver pieces to renew the piece and to retrieve its original shine. This is different than the microfibre cloth and the extra shine wipes as it contains chemicals for 925 silver. Can be used daily as well.
Perfect for wiping off excess oil/dirt from everyday use. This is highly recommended for all silver jewelry and hardwares, which includes your bag hardware.
- Gold Polishing Cloth (7cm x 14cm) —
All our jewelries are made of our signature plating that is safe for sensitive skin. They do not rust or turn green and can last a good while with proper care. Our jewelries are safe for daily use, to shower with and to sleep in. However, we would advise against it to prolong its wear.
Please take them off or wipe them dry after. We also sell Town Talk Polishes for extra cleaning steps. Some items do require special attention and professional cleaning cloth.
As an extra step, we highly recommend putting them inside an airtight ziplock.

FAQ
I live outside of Jakarta and need my package urgently...
We can gladly arrange Paxel if you are living outside of Jakarta. However, please note that Paxel can only be requested H-1 before the package is picked up. Please WA or message us to arrange delivery.
Do you have any free giftwrapping services?
If you would like to gift BYDJO to your friends, you can leave a note to us and we can provide a pretty box and a free handwritten card. We suggest shipping the item directly to your friend.
How many pouches do you provide?
We provide a pretty big pouch for 2-3 earrings. From our experience, we initially made small pouches per earring but customers have told us that it can't be used to store other things. Our current pouch are big enough to store coins, cables, charges, and the likes.
If you would like to purchase more pouches, we have them here. Our linen pouches are made by a small little company based in Yogyakarta, stamped with a custom brown shade made for BYDJO.

We ship every Monday to Friday within 24 hours. If you choose the LALAMOVE option, we will try our best to send it out on the same day (weekdays). Please allow more time during peak seasons. For any requests, please reach out.
If you require the package urgently, we suggest you text us directly. We will treat it as an express service (costs may apply), we'll definitely try our best but please note that you will not get your package within 24 hours if you choose JNT/JNE. Please choose LALAMOVE if you're in Jakarta.
Order tracking
For JNE orders, we will have your tracking number 5 days after we have fulfilled your order.
For JNT orders, you will receive the tracking number straight in your email/account.
Which is the best delivery service?
From our personal experience, we would suggest to avoid JNT during peak seasons.
JNE YES/Lalamove is definitely recommended to avoid slow deliveries.
The best is still having your package sent with an instant courier, which is LALAMOVE. You will get the package within 24 hours.
